Hotel Watergang is a small-scale boutique accommodation located in the village of Watergang, just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam city centre. We offer private stays in a quiet village setting, including a fully private apartment and a limited number of private guest rooms.
Our accommodation has a limited capacity. The private apartment accommodates up to six guests. Each guest room is suitable for a maximum of two guests.
No. Hotel Watergang is not a traditional hotel. We operate as a small-scale accommodation focused on private stays, limited occupancy and personal comfort, rather than a full-service hotel operation.
We offer a fully private apartment with multiple bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area, as well as a limited number of private guest rooms with private bathrooms and access to shared facilities where applicable.
Yes. All guest rooms are private and include their own bathroom. Shared facilities, such as the kitchen and living area (where applicable), are only shared with other guests staying at the accommodation.
We work with booking requests. Guests can send a booking request through our website, after which we confirm availability and provide further details about the stay.
No. Our accommodation is intended for private stays with limited occupancy. It is not suitable for events, parties or large group gatherings.
Yes. All prices shown on our website include Dutch VAT (21%).
No. A municipal tourist tax of € 3.65 per person per night applies and is added separately to the accommodation rate.
The total price consists of the nightly accommodation rate (including VAT), plus the applicable tourist tax per person per night. An example calculation is provided on the pricing page for clarity.
Check-in and check-out times are communicated after booking confirmation. Flexible arrangements may be possible upon request, depending on availability.
No, we do not serve breakfast. There is limited coffee and tea but furthrmore we don’t serve breakfast. You can decide to take some food or groceries with you to prepare yourself in our fully equipped kitchen.
Hotel Watergang is located in the village of Watergang, a quiet residential area just outside Amsterdam, with easy access by public transport and car. We have our own parking spots next to the building.
Our address is: Kanaaldijk 27 in Watergang.
By public transport: If you arrive at the airport you can take the train to Amsterdam Central Station. There you can take bus 305 which you can find at the bus terminal at the back of the station. This is a direct bus to our accomodation. Press the button in the bus before the exit “Watergang”. The alternative is the Metro from Central Station M52 to Amsterdam Noord Metro Station. At the bus platform you can also take bus 305 but also busses 100 and 104. You can pay in the busses with your creditcard (not valid in the train).
By car: put the address in your navigation and it will bring you to us. We are located next to the N235. Upon arrival you can park your car on the parking space next to the building. There is a sign that it is forbidden to park, but guests are allowed to park here.
