Our nightly rates vary depending on the accommodation type and the season. All prices below include Dutch VAT (21%). A municipal tourist tax of € 3.65 per person per night applies and is added separately.
Entire Apartment (up to 6 guests)
Prices are per apartment, per night. The apartment is fully private and suitable for families or small groups staying together.

LONG STAY (28+ NIGHTS)

- All-in utilities (fair use): Energy, water and internet are included for normal residential use.
- Fair use cap: up to 600 kWh electricity per month and 15 m³ water per month are included. Excess usage: consumption above these caps will be charged at cost based on meter readings and local tariffs.
- Meter readings: we record electricity and water meter readings at check-in and check-out. For stays longer than 60 nights, we may request a monthly meter photo.
- Not allowed: EV charging, portable electric heaters without approval, mining/server equipment, or other unusually high-consumption devices.
- Housekeeping: not included (optional on request).
- Municipal registration: not possible at this address.
- Deposit: a refundable deposit may be required; any excess utility charges can be deducted from the deposit.

Prices are per room, per night. Each room includes a private bathroom and access to shared facilities where applicable.
